Meet the Peloton Bike+ for indoor bicycle or spinning training at your own time and place. The New York based company Peloton has introduced a new version of the exercise bike the Peloton Bike+.
The big upgrade for the Bike Plus is a rotating 23.8-inch rotating HD touchscreen and improved speakers. Those make it easier to follow along with Peloton’s bike workouts or workouts like yoga and strength training. If you have an Apple Watch the Bike Plus has Apple GymKit integration. Which means you can log your workouts by simply tapping your Apple Watch on the frame. The Bike has an auto-follow digital resistance system that automatically remembers your Target Metrics and scales your resistance up and down based on instructor guidance, allowing you to fully lose yourself in the class.
Virtual training
With the pandemic still floating around and therefor people avoiding gyms, virtual bike trainings can be a great alternative. Everybody knows how fall and winter can be, rain, wind or perhaps snow. During these times it can be frustrating to not jump on your bicycle and do a ride. Virtual training with the Bike+ can help you to keep fit during the fall and winter. As mentioned earlier the Peloton Bike+ has 23.8 HD touchscreen where the virtual training courses can be watched on . Take in mind that a separate subscription is required for virtual training.
