Dutch manufacture Mokumono has made a distinctive design of the Delta S which is the result of a unique automated frame production process. Mokumono makes bicycles differently
Amsterdam based manufacture Mokumono makes bicycles differently. First, there is their own designed monocoque frame that is made out of aluminum and is made from 8 pieces. Most of the parts are coming from Europe Italy, the UK, Swiss, Germany, Hungary and The Netherlands are on the suppliers list. Japan and Taiwan are the only non-European countries that Mokumono uses for their bicycle parts. Traditional bicycle manufactures source their parts in China and Taiwan and transport those parts to the factories. Mokumono calculates that the average distance of traditional bicycles-parts travel 8500km while the Delta S parts travels just 4221km.
